Service Charges
Minimum Service Charge: $75.00
A minimum charge of $75.00 is required for the first service hour. If a client seeks an assessment of his/her computer problem and an LAB Computer Representative travels to perform the troubleshooting analysis then the Minimum Service Charge will apply. If the client's computer equipment is proven to be faulty during the service call, the Minimum Service Charge will still apply to cover the time and travel expenses.
Standard Hourly Rate: $69.00*
*Although the labour fee for the first hour is $75.00, it will drop back to $69.00 after the first hour. For example if a job is completed in one hour, the client will be billed $75.00, for two hours the bill will be $69.00 X 2 hours & three hours equals $69.00 X 3 hours and so forth.
*Troubleshooting existing web pages is included in the Standard Hourly Rate. This doesn't include web designing (creating new pages).
Web Design Prices
Each web page will cost $79.00. Our service includes free basic advertisement of clients' websites on popular Search Engines (Google, etc.), internet directory listings, and within our website's Portfolio area.
